BURNLEY have been playing second fiddle to Wolves throughout the first half, but fortunately for the Clarets, Mick McCarthy's men only have one goal to show for it so far.
Goalkeeper Brian Jensen hasn't been forced into much in the way of saves, but sustained pressure finally told just after the half-hour when Michael Kightly scored from the rebound after hitting the post.
Burnley played with more purpose after going behind, and earned their first corner on 35 minutes.
But they have yet to trouble former Accrington Stanley loan keeper Carl Ikeme.
