BURNLEY go in search of their third clean sheet in a row tomorrow, against what manager Owen Coyle believes is the Championship’s most dangerous strikeforce.
Wolves’ joint top scorers, Sylvan Ebanks-Blake and Scotland international Chris Iwelumo have hit 10 goals each already this season, with Ebanks-Blake saving all of his for league action.
“Charlton paid good money for (Iwelumo), and might think they’ve not seen the best of him, but, with his partnership with Ebanks-Blake – when you look at the players who aren’t playing, young Vokes and Keogh – that shows you the quality they have,” said Coyle.
“They are a real handful for anybody; the two of them have really dominated the Championship.
“We’ll be guarded against that; we know we’re going to have to be at our very best, but equally within that we’ve got good players at the other end who can cause them problems too.”
