PHIL Edwards' second-half own goal denied Accrington Stanley all three points at Morecambe on Tuesday night.
John Coleman's side led 1-0 at half time after Morecambe defender Henry McStay inadvertently kneed Robbie Williams' cross into his own net in the fifth minute at Christie Park.
But Morecambe levelled the match in the 50th minute when Edwards deflected in Craig Stanley's free kick and the League Two encounter finished all square.
