CHRIS Eagles returns to the starting line-up for the first time in 11 games for the visit of Reading tonight.
Michael Duff misses out and Clarke Carlisle is sidelined with a hamstring problem, but his central defensive partner, Steven Caldwell, has passed a late fitness test.
The Clarets captain had been a major doubt after bowing out of the draw at Charlton Athletic with a hip injury on Saturday.
Caldwell will instead line up alongside Stephen Jordan at the heart of the defence.
