DARWEN twice came from behind to beat Norton United in the Vodkat League First Division.
James Dunn put the visitors ahead in the fifth minute but Graham Perkins equalised for Darwen seven minutes later and Cross’ 28th-minute strike put them in front.
Norton hit back to lead 3-2 with goals from Paul Rutter and Steven Colclough just before half time but Darwen again fought back to level, with Rick Fogarty netting in the 64th minute.
And Ed O’Neil then pounced for an 89th-minute winner to give Darwen all three points.
