DARWEN boss Dennis Hill has finally found a winning formula by being able to name a settled team.
The Salmoners boss has selected the same side for the past two matches and has picked up back-to-back wins for the first time this season.
And Hill picks the same starting 11 for the visit of Norton United hoping to make it three wins on the bounce.
“I always knew that when I could pick a settled team our results would improve,” said Hill.
“It is no coincidence that we have won the last two games with the same 11 players.”
Hill has brought in his fair share of players this season in his search for the right blend and balance.
“I probably have too many players here now,” added Hill.
“But it was a case of trying different things out and now it is finally paying off.”
