HYNDBURN Under 15s have received a tough away trip to take on West Lancashire in the second round of the ESFA Inter Association Trophy.
Hyndburn received a first-round bye in the prestigious national knock-out trophy, but they have suffered mixed fortunes to date in the Northern Merit League with two defeats and one victory from their three outings.
They kicked off their season with a narrow 4-3 reverse against a strong Leeds side before bouncing back to run out convicing 8-1 winners against Wakefield in their next game.
But they slipped to their second league defeat of the season a fortnight ago when they went down 2-1 to Knowsley on Merseyside.
