ACCRINGTON Stanley boss John Coleman says the belief is flooding back into his side as they picked up a morale-boosting 2-1 win over high-flying Shrewsbury last night.

Coleman said: “Maybe the belief we gained on Saturday saw us through today and there weren't too many scary moments.

“We had some real back-to-the-wall moments but we came through and that's what we had to do on a regular basis. The longer we stay in games the more we can impose our style of fotball on teams.”

Phil Edwards had seven stitches in a wound behind his right knee.
