PADIHAM came back from conceding an early Stuart Scheuber goal to win their Vodkat League Division 2 fixture at Staffordshire side Stone Dominoes.
However, they had to wait until the last minute of the first half before drawing level when a foul on Robert Grimes resulted in a penalty that Grimes converted himself.
The Storks had a lucky escape on 54 minutes with a James Burley header hit Padiham’s upright and Chris Rowley blasted over the rebound from close range.
The winning goal came 12 minutes from time when Paul Fildes raced onto a through ball before rounding Richard Stone and scoring with an angled shot.
