Blackburn Rovers will be without Andi Weimann, Arnor Sigurdsson and Balazs Toth for the next few weeks due to injury.
Weimann was an absentee from the squad against Middlesbrough having aggravated an existing knee injury in training. As a result, the medical team have advised that he take a break from action to avoid it flaring up again.
The Austrian forward has avoided the need for surgery but had he kept playing, that might have been necessary.
"Andi will be missing for a couple of weeks, unfortunately," Eustace said.

"He's been playing through a knee injury which people didn't know about. He's had that for four games and yesterday it swelled up a bit in training.
"We have decided there is no point risking it. We want to get him right so he's going to have a few weeks off. He'll be back sooner rather than later and then he'll be back fit and be a great addition to the group.
"He doesn't need surgery, thankfully, but it could've been so we've got lucky there. It was important to get him right because he's a top performer for us and we need him."
Arnor Sigurdsson and Balasz Toth are also facing spells on the sidelines and won't be back for a few weeks.
Eustace had hoped Sigurdsson might be available towards the end of this week but he will be out for another fortnight or so with the calf injury sustained in training during the international break.
Toth sustained an ankle problem on international break and will now also be out for a few weeks.
"Anor won't be available (for Leeds), he's going to be another couple of weeks," Eustace revealed.
"Unfortunately, he's going to be a bit longer than we'd initially hoped. He came back to training last Monday and he's broken down again and will be a little bit longer.
"Balasz got a kick on international break, he has sprained his ankle quite badly.
"He will be missing for at least another two weeks as well."
