There were almost 150 attendees at the second North west Cricket League dinner and presentation evening on Friday.

The event was MC’d by Mark Butler and the guest of honour was Lancashire County player and England Lions captain, Boltonian Josh Bohannon.

NWCL Chair Bill Slinger assisted with the presentations and proceeds from the fundraising on the night went towards the North West Cricket League juniors.

Premiership champions were Blackrod, in the Championship Read, and the two Conference Divisions - Farnworth and Padiham second teams. Read also finished in first place in the Development League.

Hamer Cup winners were Read, Ramsbottom Cup champions Farnworth second team and Lawrenson Cup victors Barrowford second team.

In the shorter versions of the game, T20 winners were Lostock and Padiham third team.
