John Eustace has several key decisions to make across the pitch as Blackburn Rovers look to respond to defeat against Sheffield United.

The Blades travel to Ewood Park with Rovers aiming to extend their unbeaten home record this term. They're also fuelled by a narrow 1-0 defeat at Watford last time out.

Eustace's main decisions lie at full-back and in attack. The core of his team remains pretty settled despite Hayden Carter's knee injury.

Aynsley Pears, Danny Batth and Dom Hyam are all secure of their places in the backline. Owen Beck is winning the battle at left-back but it is a toss of a coin between Callum Brittain and Joe Rankin-Costello on the right side.

The latter has performed admirably in the former's absence. But I think the Rovers boss might edge with the player who is most natural in that position, against a tough opposition.

Lewis Travis and Sondre Tronstad should maintain their record of starting every Championship game. The questions are in front of them, in attack.

Tyrhys Dolan can expect a recall after dropping out through rotation at Vicarage Road. Todd Cantwell should be in from the start too.

With Amario Cozier-Duberry injured, Ryan Hedges will likely take the third attacking spot. Yuki Ohashi may be preferred to Makhtar Gueye to press from the front.

Predicted Rovers team: Pears; Brittain, Batth, Hyam, Beck; Travis, Tronstad; Hedges, Dolan, Cantwell; Ohashi.
