Chris Wilder insists Sheffield United must respect Blackburn Rovers but is aiming for victory at Ewood Park.
The Blades have been amongst the early-season frontrunners and sit fourth, three points above John Eustace's side.
Rovers' impressive home form makes Ewood Park a difficult place for any opposition and Wilder is wary of the threat Blackburn pose. He also name-checked Lewis Travis, having registered an interest in the captain during the summer transfer window.
"Like everyone, we have a plan for them and they have one for us," Wilder said.

"It doesn't always work out. We want to bring our A-game to the table and I believe if we do, we'll give ourselves a good opportunity to win the game of football.
"You have to respect the players that they have. Some good individuals, a good mix of talented players and experience with the likes of Danny Batth. Lewis Travis is someone we know a lot about.
"It's a team that's going well and is around the top of the table and have been for the early knockings of the season. We have to respect that and be consistently good out of possession and clinical in it if we want to get the result we all want."
Sheffield United are a full health but are without Anel Ahmedhodzic through suspension. Tom Davies is continuing his recovery but won't be available to travel to Ewood.
"Tom Davies had another 45 minutes on Tuesday which I'm delighted about.
"Other boys got valuable minutes in that game. Femi Siriki, Rhys Norrington-Davies. We're going along nicely. We have to be healthy this year and have everyone available for selection which we have apart from Anel (Ahmedhodzic) who is suspended.
"It's too early for Tom to be in the squad but he can get some more minutes for the 21s and then he will be available after the international break which is a boost for us and Tom.
"The lads have been really good with the rotation, they respect the decisions and their team-mates. If we're to have a decent season, it's the group that does that. When you're left out, support and back the players, that's very important. Everyone wants to play and I want those difficult decisions."
