Ryan Hedges believes there are more levels for Blackburn Rovers to hit personally and collectively.

The Welshman started three games last week for the first time in 2024 after back-to-back hamstring problems.

Hedges has stayed fit and established himself as a trusted lieutenant for John Eustace this term. But he believes there is plenty more to come.

"I feel really good in my body and myself. I know the manager has a lot of faith in me which is really good and now it's up to me to repay that and the coaching staff," he said.

"I know there are probably more gears for me to keep kicking on. I don't think I am playing out of my skin but I've come back from big injuries.

"The first few games you are running off pure adrenalin, pure emotion. Then Saturdays, not starting midweeks and then now being able to do Saturdays and Wednesdays.

"I've no worries about my body now which is good. You never want to go in with niggles and for me, I want to get as many games, goals and assists as I can this year to help the team which is the priority.

"We have seen that we have nearly won the same amount of games at home as we did last season.

"We have shown what our home form can be and what it should be. I don't think we're overachieving because we have more in us as a team but we have done well."
