John Eustace must consider whether to tinker with a winning team as Blackburn Rovers gear up for their second of three games in a week.
Saturday's 1-0 win over Swansea City was the perfect tonic after frustrating back-to-back away reverses before the international break. That was the last time Eustace had to manage his squad for three fixtures in seven days.
The Rovers head coach did not rotate much during that period. It was two changes each time and, perhaps, he will consider more changes on this occasion.
That said, it's always difficult to change a winning team and West Brom will be a step up in class to Rovers' previous Ewood Park opposition, which have all ended up in home victories.
There is little reason to change a back five that recorded a third successive clean sheet at home. Though it would not be a huge surprise if Eustace tried to counter the threat of winger Tom Fellows by restoring Harry Pickering to the team.
Owen Beck has quickly become a fans' favourite and his performances have justified that. But Pickering's experience against a tricky opponent does leave a question mark in the back of the mind.
A first-choice midfield of Lewis Travis and Sondre Tronstad is unlikely to change. They have started every league games this term.
In attack, Ryan Hedges has yet to feature in a midweek fixture this term. It wouldn't be a surprise if he dropped to the bench with that in mind, with Andi Weimann most likely to replace him.
Todd Cantwell is another who has been carefully managed. He completed 90 minutes on Saturday for the first time in a Rovers shirt. If he's able to go again from the start, he will surely start back-to-back games for the first time.
Tyrhys Dolan will continue as the number 10 but there might be a change up front. Yuki Ohashi came from the bench on Saturday but he might replace Makhtar Gueye from the off on Wednesday night.
Predicted Rovers team: Pears; Rankin-Costello, Carter, Hyam, Beck; Travis, Tronstad; Weimann, Dolan, Cantwell; Ohashi.
