John Eustace has a decision to make in both full-back positions and attack as Blackburn Rovers look for a response against Swansea City.

Back-to-back defeats before the international break were, hopefully, just a blip for Rovers. They can ensure that's the case by extending their 100% league start at Ewood Park this term.

Eustace could shake things up after a couple of away reverses but there are unlikely to be wholesale changes.

The main questions are in the full-back position. Owen Beck is back after his three-game suspension and would be the supporters' choice. But Harry Pickering currently has the shirt.

On the right, it's unlikely Callum Brittain will be involved after playing 45 minutes for the Under-21s on Thursday night. Joe Rankin-Costello is pushing to start or Hayden Carter may continue in that role.

If JRC gets the nod, as I believe he should, Carter will likely move inside at the expense of Danny Batth.

In midfield, there is little reason to doubt that Lewis Travis and Sondre Tronstad will be the pairing. Both have started every Championship game so far.

In attack, Amario Cozier-Duberry will feel he's done enough to earn a first league start. But whether Eustace will indulge is another question. It feels unlikely that he, Todd Cantwell and Tyrhys Dolan will start in the same front line.

As a result, I think Ryan Hedges will play. It's whether he sticks with Dolan, who was poor in the last two but has impressed at home, or Cozier-Duberry gets his chance.

Yuki Ohashi has been away with Japan but feels likely to return in place of Makhtar Gueye, who didn't grab his opportunity at Plymouth.

Predicted Rovers team: Pears; Rankin-Costello, Carter, Hyam, Pickering; Travis, Tronstad; Hedges, Dolan, Cantwell; Ohashi.
