Venky's are unlikely to return to Ewood Park in the near future, according to Chief Operating Officer, Suhail Pasha.
The Blackburn Rovers owners have not attended a match in more than a decade but have continued to fund the club from afar. Despite a lack of active engagement, Venky's have shown very little appetite to sell the club at any stage.
A return to Ewood in the near future is unlikely, according to Pasha, who is the owners' advisor on the ground in Blackburn. Since pandemic, their focus has been on other businesses which require their attention.
This was asked at the latest Rovers fans' forum, where plenty of topics were covered.

Chief Executive Steve Waggott was also in attendance and provided an update after the latest transfer window. He once again reiterated that the only blockade on Venky's funding was the need to match every pound with a personal guarantee. The owners are still pursuing avenues to have this removed but, otherwise, can fund Rovers as they wish.
After the the last two transfer windows, Rovers have taken in more than £30million in transfer fees. Little of those funds have been spent, though the club did pay for Makhtar Gueye, Yuki Ohashi, Todd Cantwell and Balazs Toth in the last window.
Waggott confirmed that Rovers have changed tactics from the days when they spent large fees on individuals. Rovers invested heavily in Sam Gallagher and Ben Brereton Diaz for around £12m before the pandemic.
The latter left for free and Gallagher moved to Stoke City in a deal that could be worth up to £1.6m. As a result, the club are now more focused on spreading their investments across the squad. He reiterated that paying transfer fees are not an issue, with money paid and received in instalments on all deals and large fees don't always equal success.
Head of Football Operations, Rudy Gestede, reiterated that renewing Tyrhys Dolan's contract was now a priority for Rovers. The forward is now in the last 12 months of his contract and could leave for free next summer.
The Lancashire Telegraph has previously reported that Dolan will assess his future as the season progresses. Discussions about renewing his terms were initially started by Gregg Broughton more than 12 months ago.
Other players such as Ryan Hedges and Dom Hyam have contracts expiring in 2025, though they have one-year options. The club will be assessing the landscape with contracts in the next few months.
Waggott reiterated that, whilst Rovers have an overall higher wage bill than previously, there is a clear structure. The club will not break that for one individual player. Agent fees have been an issue, with some asking for up to 10 per cent.
Finally, the club expressed their disappointment at the number of season tickets sold. Rovers sold a total of 9,141, with only 4104 adult season tickets.
Suhail admitted this was a frustration after the cut in price to mark the 30-year anniversary. It was 10% lower than they budgeted for, which will cost the club around £310K.
However, there was a huge success with the Under-12s offer, which saw a 39 per cent uplift. The club plan to put season tickets on sale earlier next year.
