Blackburn Rovers have submitted a 23-man squad to the English Football League.
Every club had to submit a maximum list of 25 players that are eligible to play in the Championship until January. The deadline for that was 24 hours after the transfer window closed.
As they do every year, the EFL have now published the squads of every club in the 92, giving a clear indication as to who can and can't feature. Players under the age of 21 do not have to be registered unless they are loans.
So for Rovers, Amario Cozier-Dubbery is in their list of 23, despite being 19. That's because he's from Brighton & Hove Albion rather than a permanent Blackburn player.

Leo Duru and Harry Leonard, however, fall into that category, as do all their Academy talents under 21. They are named on a secondary list which also includes the likes of Jake Garrett, in case he's recalled from Bristol Rovers.
There are no major surprises in Rovers' list, with only senior players not listed. That's Scott Wharton, who is on the sidelines after a serious knee injury. He, at best, might be back at the end of the season but Rovers can register him in January if they so wish.
It means Rovers have two free-agent spots available if they want to use them. However, that feels very unlikely at the moment and there has been no indication that John Eustace is still looking to add. If they did make any further signings, they could be registered immediately.
Realistically, Rovers are pretty evenly stocked. A long-term issue with one of their centre-backs would be the only reason you'd see them *needing* to look at those that remain unattached.
Blackburn Rovers' 23-man squad: Pears, Toth, Hilton, Brittain, Carter, Hyam, McFadzean, Batth, Beck, Pickering, Travis, Tronstad, Baker, Buckley, Rankin-Costello, Hedges, Dolan, Cantwell, Cozier-Dubbery, Weimann, Sigurdsson, Gueye, Ohashi.
