Burnley have announced the signing of Bournemouth winger Jaidon Anthony on a season-long loan with an "option to buy".
The 24-year-old worked under Scott Parker at Bournemouth during the 2021/22 campaign when the Cherries won promotion to the Premier League.
He told the club site: “My main feeling is excitement, I’m really proud to be here. It’s a great opportunity for myself and I can’t wait to get started.
“The manager had a massive influence on me coming here, I had a great year under him, and we have some great memories from our time together.
“We got promoted from this league and he put a lot of trust in me, it was good to give it back and hopefully we can create a lot more memories now at Burnley.”
Anthony started out in Arsenal's youth ranks and spent 10 years in North London before heading to Bournemouth.
The wideman had a loan spell at Weymouth before breaking into the first-team picture at the Vitality Stadium.
He managed eight goals and eight assists in 2021/22 and played more than 30 times in the top flight the following season.
Anthony spent last term on loan at Leeds as the Yorkshire outfit narrowly missed out on promotion, losing against Southampton in the play-off final.
