Blackburn Rovers have completed the loan signing of Owen Beck from Liverpool.
As reported by The Lancashire Telegraph on Monday, the left-back has penned a season-long deal with the Merseysiders. He completed the formalities of the deal on Tuesday with the deal confirmed by the club ahead of their Carabao Cup tie with Blackpool.
The 22-year-old becomes the fifth Liverpool player to join Rovers in successive seasons, following Harvey Elliott, Leighton Clarkson, Tyler Morton and Billy Koumetio.
John Eustace still wants to add a goalkeeper, central midfielder and a wide attacker to bolster his ranks before Friday's 11pm deadline.
The young defender spent last season on loan at Dundee and earned impressive reviews. He has previous EFL experience with Bolton Wanderers, though he only made a handful of appearances.
The Wales Under-21 international continued his development on loan at Scottish Premiership side Dundee last season, where his fantastic form was recognised with a place in the PFA Team of the Year.
He also made his Premier League debut for Liverpool last term, coming on in their 4-0 victory away to Bournemouth in January.
The defender could make his debut on Saturday against Burnley in the East Lancs derby in what would be some baptism of fire.
