Blackburn Rovers Chief Executive Steve Waggott has offered further clarity on how Venky's will be able to continue funding the club despite a delay to their court case in India.
Venky's have been using the High Court of Delhi to send money over to the club after their global company was placed under restrictions by the Indian Government.
Their latest Court hearing was pushed back from March 12 to August 20, causing big concern in the fan base as to how the club would be funded.
Rovers released a statement assuring fans there would be no issues though didn't divulge how the issue had been solved.

The key part of the statement said: “The ongoing court case in India is now related only to technical and procedural issues involving Venkateshwara Hatcheries Pvt Ltd (VHPL) and should have no future impact on the owners being able to continue to fund the club."
In a meeting with 'We Are The Rovers' Supporter Trust, Waggott has explained how Venky's will be able to support the club moving forward.
The notes, published on their website, read: "It was confirmed that the Owners could fund the club without future impediment from the Indian courts or the Indian Enforcement Directorate on the basis the Owners match every £ of funding with a personal financial guarantee."
Waggott revealed the club had not needed to request any further funding since the £11.5million that was transferred in November 2023, along with the £3.5m paid by the owners to add Venky's to the shirt. He reiterated that further funding will be available as and when it is needed.
The Rovers CEO also confirmed that he has not received any approaches to buy Blackburn Rovers.
The pricing of 2024/25 season tickets were also discussed with initial proposals fed back to the Supporters' Trust. It was again stressed that an introductory offer should be a priority to entice fans to support Rovers.
Further 'Fan Takeover' days have been discussed, with pre-season, Christmas and Easter mooted as potential dates for next season. Rovers have been nominated for the EFL 'Fan Engagement' award on the back of their work around these fixtures.
