John Eustace has not spoken to club officials about Venky's delayed court hearing and insists Blackburn Rovers are only focused on staying in the Championship.
The owner's application to push through funding for Blackburn Rovers has been adjourned once again and will now not be heard until August 20. This has raised further concern in the fan base about the long-term funding of the football club.
Rovers have been handicapped by spending limitations since the summer and this caused friction between Jon Dahl Tomasson and the board.
Eustace has not sought clarification from the board of directors about the situation in Rovers are in financially. His focus is fully on the battle for survival.

He called on supporters to stay positive and insisted protecting the players from outside noise is imperative.
"No, I haven't spoken to anyone about that at the moment," Eustace said.
"I know it's not going to affect the team on a Saturday. All I can do is coach the players to make sure we get enough points to stay in the league.
"That is what everyone needs to focus on at the moment. The most important thing is getting points to stay in the league.
"We need as much positivity around the players as possible. The players are the ones who cross the white line.
"As long as the fans can see the players are committed I think that's what we need to focus on at the moment."
Eustace is not a stranger to off-field distractions after dealing with issues at Birmingham City before their takeover by Knightshead.
He insists the players will be fully focused on the matches ahead of them with nine games to ensure their Championship status.
"I think the players have to focus on getting enough points to stay in the league," he said.
"The players are paid to play football and to entertain the fans, show commitment to the fans. I want that commitment from the fans to the players and the only way we get that is by being fully committed on a Saturday which I think we have since I came in.
"For seven, eight, nine games, whatever anyone wants to say. All they can do is be fully focused on their task in hand which is to win games on a Saturday."
