Tony Mowbray felt that Birmingham City were good value for their victory against Blackburn Rovers.
Though the pre-match narrative centred around John Eustace's return to St Andrew's, it was the former Rovers boss who tasted victory against his old side.
It's the fourth time Mowbray has faced Rovers since leaving the club after five years at Ewood Park but the first at Blues.
Reflecting on the match, he felt that Birmingham created enough opportunities to win and limited Rovers in the final third.

“It’s a big three points because you can’t keep getting beat thinking we played well, we had 25 shots but we didn’t score," he said.
"Chances came and chances went. It was important, however many shots we had tonight, to get the three points. I thought we could have scored more goals.
"Tyler has got a one-on-one in the first 10 or 15 minutes that he slips past the post rather than in the net. There were a few headers, even in the second half we had some pretty good chances. We take it, put the three points in the bag and move on to the next one.
"It felt like, I've been there many times where you should be winning and then they score a sloppy goal at the death and you get nothing. We persevered, we had a lot of balls around their box, it kept flashing across the box.
"Blackburn are a good team, with good players and you have to put the ball in the net. They could've scored with the last kick.
"I thought we deserved the win on the balance of the play. It was an important three points. It gives us some breathing space.
"We get the goal, we won the game and kept a clean sheet. We generally kept them quiet apart from that 94th-minute chance where we didn't deal with the long throw.
"I don't remember too many points where they had good play and cut us open, got behind us and had big chances. A few shots from outside the box that we dealt with. I thought we were secure."
