Gareth Ainsworth admitted Blackburn Rovers showed far more quality than Queens Park Rangers in their 4-0 victory at Loftus Road.
Jon Dahl Tomasson's side signed off for the international break in perfect style, beating QPR emphatically. From the moment Tyrhys Dolan's first-half strike went in, it was one-way traffic.
The second soon followed from Arnor Sigurdsson and that put Rovers in control. The third ended the game as a contest with Sam Szmodics putting some gloss on the scoreline.
Ainsworth was apologetic for his team's performance, with loud boos filling the airwaves at Loftus Road during the game and at the full-time whistle. QPR have now won one of their last 20 Championship games in front of their own supporters.

The Rs boss did credit Rovers and their control in midfield. He felt QPR had some chances but didn't take their opportunities.
"I can only apologise to the fans, it wasn't good enough," Ainsworth said. "I am a proud man and I expect my team to be better than that.
"We need better resilience defensively, better quality in attack. Those things were missing today.
"We had more shots than Blackburn today but they showed quality in those areas. We gave away silly goals.
"We worked hard, we were missing some big players but it was not good enough. I'll scrap and fight to get these players up for the next game but we can't lose games like that.
"We packed the midfield with three because we knew the midfield area would be key. We've looked at them, we changed the shape. They still over ran us.
"The quality of their one-touch passing was a lot better than ours. We did have our moments but we made it harder than it looked.
"I believe that we have a better squad than when I first came in and faced Blackburn the first time. It didn't show today in the result but I'm confident we can get more results."
