Stanley have completed the signing of defender Brad Hills on a season-long loan from Norwich.
Hills has been with the Canaries since the age of nine and recently signed a new deal to remain at Carrow Road until 2025.
The 19-year-old made 17 appearances in Premier League 2 last season, scoring twice, and made the bench for the first team on a couple of occasions.
"Brad comes with a good pedigree from Norwich,” John Coleman told the club website.
“They have a good youth set-up there and he is probably the pick of the bunch, so we are delighted to get him on a season-long loan."
Hills added: "I found out a few days ago that I would be going out on loan. I spoke to John Coleman on the phone and the next thing I know I am packing my stuff.
"I need to be tested so a loan this season was perfect, so I am buzzing to be here. I need to use this as a stepping stone to prove to myself and the manager I can play for Norwich one day.
"I am excited to see what the league is about. I like to think I am good in the air, I love scoring goals and I enjoy winning headers which is my main threat."
The Reds are preparing for life back in League Two following last season's relegation from the third tier.
Coleman's side kick-off the new campaign with a home fixture against Newport on Saturday, August 5.
