Rovers Women general manager Ellis Clark hopes playing at Ewood Park will help grow their fan base.
The side will play at least four games there over the coming season, while their other home matches will take place at the Lancashire FA County Ground in Leyland.
Rovers Women played their home fixtures at Sir Tom Finney Stadium - the home of Bamber Bridge, last term.
“Growing and engaging our fan base is highly important to us and we recognise our supporters as an absolute fundamental piece of what we are trying to achieve as Blackburn Rovers Women,” said Clark.
“There has been plenty of discussion within the club over the past two months around further deepening that connection with our fans.
“We identified spectators being able to watch their team perform at an elite, meaningful, welcoming and accessible set of facilities as a key component not just within a Rovers matchday, but our people's overall experience as a Rovers fan.
“Confirming these two venues is a great step towards achieving a strong fan experience that our people are proud to be a part of.
“I really hope that we see plenty of people at Ewood Park and Lancashire FA County Ground this season to enjoy being a part of this club and what this team has to offer.”
Defender Jade Richards is relishing the upcoming season in the Women’s Championship and believes the team will be “fitter and faster”.
“It’s been great to be back. We had the chance to refuel and spend time with our families, but now it’s back to the hard work and the grind on the pitch and in the gym," Richards explained.
“It’s good to see everyone and be back with the players and I’m looking forward to the season.”
She added: “It has been better. It’s only early doors but it seems to have a lot more structure.
“Martin (head of performance) has point blank said that we won’t be in our comfort zone and probably won’t like him at the end of pre-season.
“But if he’s going to make us fitter, faster and sharper then let’s do it. We’ve got to push boundaries to be better than what we have been.
“So, everyone individually has come in and grafted and it’s been great to see that everyone has come together and really wanting to push each other on.”
Season cards for the upcoming campaign will be available to purchase this week and will guarantee entry to every home fixture at Ewood Park and Leyland.
