Rovers will be fighting to keep their play-off hopes alive when they face Rob Edwards’ in-form Luton side.
Jon Dahl Tomasson’s men are currently three points off the top six following their narrow defeat in the East Lancashire derby last week.
A win would see Rovers move level on points with sixth-place Millwall, although the Lions have a better goal difference.
Meanwhile, Luton are third in the table and unbeaten in their last 12 matches – a run stretching back to mid-February.
The Hatters enter the game in high spirits following a 2-1 win against Middlesbrough after goals from Tom Lockyer and Carlton Morris.
When and where is the game being played?
The fixture takes place at Ewood Park this evening (5.30pm). Rovers were beaten 2-0 at Kenilworth Road earlier this season.
The points were shared when the sides last met in East Lancashire in September 2021, with Tyrhys Dolan and Harry Pickering both on target that day.
Rovers' last win in the fixture came in January 2021, with Adam Armstrong getting the decisive goal five minutes from time.
