Rovers' win streak came to an end after a 3-0 defeat against Reading on a night to forget at the Select Car Leasing Stadium.
Tom McIntyre, Junior Hoilett and Lucas Joao were all on target for the Royals, while Jon Dahl Tomasson's men registered just one shot on target.
Rovers remain at the top of the Championship table, having picked up nine points from their opening four league matches.
Here is what supporters had to say after the game on social media
Tired legs tonight and that 7 minutes injury time didnt help

Poor result. Still top though. Just to prove what an extremely unpredictable league this is. On to Saturday.

Embarrassing performance

A loss was going to come at some point but an absolute battering this early in the season is incredibly frustrating. Looked miles off what we have displayed so far this season. Could have and probably should have been 1 or 2 more for Reading.

Awful performance…we could all see that but why all the sudden doom and gloom panic? It’s one game. Hopefully it helps bring players down to earth and knuckle down. It’s all about the response now.

Bad performance we all know. Don’t turn on the manager or team after 1 bad performance, it’s only the start of a new era we have to give him to build his own team and back him. We need signings but we need the right players and not panic buys who will just come for a payday.

This is when you learn from the players…good reality check

Awful performance lack of energy and intensity on the ball and off the ball
— Daniel Hecke (@daniel_hecke) August 17, 2022
Not good enough by a long way looked a tired team tonight in my opinion need bodies in quickly thought Reading were very comfortable for the most part.
