The last time Accrington Stanley crossed swords with Brentford was back in March 1960 when the Bees last visited East Lancashire.
And Stanley boss John Coleman was hoping Andy Scott's side would be in for a rude awakening.
He added: "They've been showing promotion form under their new manager.
"We've got to hope that will be drawing to a close tomorrow.
"It's a difficult one because they won't know what our ground is about.
"Some people get a real shock when they come here.
"I know I sometimes still get a shock when I turn up.
"We've got to try to build on that and make it as uncomfortable as possible for them."
