MIDFIELDER Andy Todd says he is hoping to bring the good times back to the Fraser Eagle Stadium.
Defeat against Bradford on New Year's Day was Stanley's eighth home league reverse of the season as goals from Matt Clarke and Joe Colbeck saw the Bantams take the points.
It was Todd's first time back at his old stamping ground after his loan move, which could see him stay until the end of the season.
And Todd he was so happy to be back in the famous red shirt again.
He said: "The main priority for me at the moment is to be back playing. Over the past few months, it's been a very frustrating time because I haven't had much of a chance at Rotherham.
"Knowing the manager and the players at Accrington made it very easy for me to come back once I knew they were interested.
"They showed an interest in having me back before the window opened and it was nice to get the opportunity to play again.
"It was like I'd been frozen for six months because I felt I slotted straight back into things quickly.
"I almost got back on the scoresheet again after about 10 minutes and I think I did ok.
"In match fitness terms, I'm a long way behind where I was this time last season but hopefully, between now and the end of the season, I'll be able to get a lot more games and hopefully a few goals under my belt."
And goals, especially at home, are what Stanley are in desperate need of to stop their season unravelling.
Stanley have taken just 12 points from a possible 36 at home this season.
That's compared with last season's home form, which saw Stanley pick up 36 of the 50 points they finished with.
But Todd believes Stanley have the quality to resurrect the team's home form and maybe make a late bid for the play-offs.
He added: "Last season, our home form was key. We won five and drew two of our last seven games at home and that went a long way in helping to keep us up.
"The team has struggled a bit at home but they have done really well on the road.
"They picked up six points away from home over the Christmas period and you just have to accept that sometimes.
"It's hard to say why this is the case. Maybe teams are getting used to playing at the ground because last season it was probably a bit of a shock.
"But as long as you are picking up points then that's the main thing.
"We know we can improve at home, and if we do we could be like Rochdale or Stockport last season and really challenge for the play-offs.
"And, hopefully, I can play a lot of games and score some goals to help us achieve that.
"I haven't scored so far this season and this is probably the longest time in my career I've gone without a goal."
Asked whether a permenant move back to Stanley is on the cards, he said: "Maybe. Who knows? I'm not thinking that far ahead.
"I just want to play some games and I can deal with that at the end of the season.
"I still have 12 months on my contract at Rotherham so If I do well hopefully they will want my services but we'll have to wait and see.
"But, at the moment, I'm just happy to be playing football again and the future will sort itself out."
