BURNLEY have signed Sunderland defender Stanislav Varga on a month's loan.
The 35-year-old is eligible to make his debut in Sunday's FA Cup third round tie against Arsenal.
Towering Slovakian Varga played alongside Steven Caldwell before the Clarets captain quit the Stadium of Light for Turf Moor 12 months ago.
