IPSWICH Town striker Pablo Counago has revealed he is out for revenge against the Clarets at Portman Road tomorrow.

The Spanish forward, who is enjoying his second spell with the Tractor Boys, is still reeling from his goal that never was at Turf Moor earlier in the season.

The teams were locked at two goals apiece when Counago struck at the death with what he thought was the winner, only for referee Colin Webster to rule the effort out for off side.

He said: "We have a score to settle with Burnley as my goal five minutes from the end in the 2-2 draw at Turf Moor was perfectly legal.

"This would have given us an away win, and could have made all the difference.

"It has since become a psychological thing away from Portman Road.

"But we feel we can beat anybody at home although we know that Burnley have an incredible away record.

"My form is as good as it has ever been in my career. I played well for Malaga in the Spanish League last season, but the team was not so good and we struggled."

Counago played for Ipswich from 2001 to 2005 and then spent two years in Spanish football before returning this summer when former Blackburn Rovers striker Francis Jeffers opted for Sheffield Wednesday.
