IN a game of few chances and little goalmouth action, there was little to keep the spectators warm on a cold and windy afternoon.
Dale keeper Lloyd Rigby produced a fine to save to prevent Edward Stanford from giving the home side the lead before Mark Redshaw did just that with a header from close range in the 35th minute.
Mike Norton effectively killed the game off four minutes after the break doubling Curzon's lead from close range.
But the referee hadn't finished providing his own entertainment, dismissing both Kevin Parr and David Birch from Curzon for second bookable offences with six minutes remaining.
