ADAM Pinder of Great Harwood scored another excellent win on Sunday by climbing from Sabden to the top of the Nick o' Pendle in an outstanding time of three minutes 54.7 seconds and also led his Blackburn and District CTC squad to the Team prize.
Seventeen-year-old Pinder's time was just over one second faster than second rider David Everett of Probikekit.com with the rest of the field well outside the four- minute barrier.
Dave Collinge (4:36.8) and Neil Reynolds (5:05.2) backed him for the team win. John Ealing of the Rossendale Road Club clocked 4:30.8 to take sixth place.
The climax of the hill climb season will come on Sunday when the National Championship is held on the ascent of Cheddar Gorge.

John Ealing is the sole representative of the Rossendale Road Club at 117. First rider starts at 10.01am.
