CLITHEROE boss Neil Reynolds has drafted in former Rossendale striker Neil Zarac ahead of tomorrow's FA Trophy tie at home to Lancaster City.
The Blues are looking for an upturn in form after losing their last two games, away to Harrogate in the FA Cup before a midweek 3-0 thumping at the hands of FC United.
Reynolds said: "We just crumbled against United. There was a big crowd on and we just didn't get into the game.
"But we'd sooner forget that. We are turning into a bit of cup team this season anyway!
"We are looking forward to it. It's a Lancashire derby, and Lancaster have been doing well of late.
"We are going into it on the back of two defeats, and we are low on confidence.
"We've got two away games in the league next week, and we need a bit of confidence going into that."
Reynolds added: "We've brought Neil Zarac in.
"He's a prolific striker. He can get you 20 goals a season and we are hoping he will do that.
"I tried to bring him here in the summer. He will play up front with Joel Byrom and we are going to put Ryan Fisher in a more central position."
