Ipswich Town boss Jim Magilton has been charged by the Football Association for his actions during the recent 2-2 draw with Burnley at Turf Moor.
Magilton is charged with a breach of FA rule E3 - the use of abusive and/or insulting words.
The Tractor Boys squandered a two-goal lead in the clash and Magilton was also incensed at having a late goal disallowed for offside.
Magilton has until Tuesday October 23 to respond to the charge.
