STANLEY'S captain Seamus Conneely is hoping to feature when his side travel to Coventry.
The 30-year-old played 90 minutes in the Reds' victory in the Lancashire Senior Cup after missing almost a month with a groin injury.
Conneely expects a big test for Stanley as the Sky Blues look for their sixth straight win.
"The test was last Tuesday, and I came through that so, touch wood, I'm fully fit.
"I was very pleased to come through with no issues with the groin. There was a little bit of tiredness at the end which I think is to be expected, but the main thing was to play for as long as I could and get no reaction."
Conneely added: "You don’t want to force it and rush it and, thankfully for me, the physios here have been very good in restricting me with what I’ve been able to do."
"I’m always pushing them saying ‘I want to do this or that’ but they said ‘no, you’ve got your rehab programme and you need to take it week by week.
"The last thing you want to happen is to come back and break down again."
The Reds captain missed seven matches after coming off injured at half-time in the win over Walsall at the end of September.
"It’s been difficult as I don’t enjoy sitting in the stands and simply watching, but the team’s been doing well, and we’ve had some very good results."
Stanley and Coventry go in to the game level on points, and Conneely is expecting a tough match at the Ricoh Arena.
"I’ve seen Coventry’s results this season, so I know they didn’t perhaps get off to the best of starts, but they are certainly one of the teams in form at the moment.
"They will certainly not underestimate us, they’ll have done their homework and see that we’re a team in form as well, so it should be a good game.
"I think we’re starting to see that teams don’t underestimate us now. Stanley are now a scalp in the league," the midfielder added.
"They will certainly not underestimate us, they’ll have done their homework and see that we’re a team in form as well, so it should be a good game."
