Clitheroe face a trip to Ossett United in the FA Trophy first round qualifying round.
The Blues launched a second half fightback on Saturday as they came back from 2-0 down to claim a 3-2 victory courtesy of goals from Antoine Recizak, Max Hazeldine and James Sloane.
Ossett United are currently fourth in the Evo-Stik East Division table and lost just once in 11 league matches. They progressed after thrashing Colwyn Bay 6-0 on Saturday.
Clitheroe, 15th in the Evo-Stik West, host Newcastle Town on Saturday.
The other East Lancashire representation will see Ramsbottom United also on the road as they face Frickley Athletic.
Rammy saw off Trafford in the last round, coming away 2-1 victors as Nialle Rodney and Tom Kennedy found the net.
Frickley, who beat Skelmersdale United on Saturday, are currently 11th in the Evo-Stik East Division.
Ramsbottom, 12th in the Evo-Stik West, host struggling Glossop North End this weekend.
There are be 72 ties to be played, with 88 clubs having joined at this stage having being exempt from the first two preliminary rounds.
Winners of the first round ties will receive £3,250 from the competition's prize fund.
FA Trophy ties will be played on the weekend of Saturday, October 27.
Nelson are in FA Vase action tomorrow night, hosting Ashington, looking to book their place in the second round.
The two sides will try again after Saturday’s game was postponed.
The winners will face Stockton Town in round two, with ties set to be played on Saturday, November 3, with £900 prize money up for grabs.
