BURNLEY managed to keep hold of Kyle Lafferty as transfer deadline day passed without incident at Turf Moor last night.
Fulham boss Lawrie Sanchez had a bid - believed to be £2million - for the Irish international rejected earlier this month.
It was feared that Sanchez - who has lost striker Brian McBride for the season through injury - would slap in an 11th hour bid for the 19-year-old.
But that never came as the deadline ticked away.
Now Steve Cotterill can plan ahead knowing that he's got a full strength strikeforce of Robbie Blake, Andy Gray, Ade Akinbiyi and Lafferty.
