BLACKBURN Rovers have been drawn against Greek outfit AE Larissa in the first round of the UEFA Cup.
Larissa finished 10th in the Greek top flight last season, but qualified for the UEFA Cup after beating Panathinaikos 2-1 in the final of the Greek Cup.
In a strange twist, Larissa are managed by George Donis, the Greek midfielder that played for Rovers in the 1996/97 season.
Rovers reached the first round after qualifying through the Intertoto Cup and beating Finnish side Mypa in a UEFA Cup qualifying round.
