CLITHEROE manager Neil Reynolds admits he's excited at the prospect of meeting local rivals Chorley in the first round of the FA Cup.
But first they have to negotiate a tricky preliminary tie against St Helens at Shawbridge tomorrow.
And the Blues will have to do it the hard way without Will Exton, Ryan Fisher, Russell Clarke, Chris Ward and Nigel Taylor.
Reynolds said: "It's a massive competition and it's something we're looking to strive forward in.
"And of course there's a potential derby in the next round that would be very interesting, although we've got to get past St Helens first and that won't be easy."
Peter Smith and Paul Osbourne return.
