Cherry Tree booked their place in the Ramsbottom Cup semi-final in the only game to escape the weather.
Resuming from the previous game last week, Oswaldtwistle Immanuel needed 90 from 10 overs in response to Cherry Tree's 225-4.
And Immanuel skipper Gerard Metcalf nearly saw his team home with 64 not out, but Cherry Tree clung on to record an eight-run win. They will now play either Great Harwood or Blackburn Northern in the last four. All the other quarter-final ties in the Ramsbottom and Lawrenson Cup will be played on July 15.
