Ipswich Town are believed to be preparing a third bid for Blackburn Rovers striker Francis Jeffers after their two previous offers were both rejected.
The Championship club could net £2 million if Darren Bent moves from Charlton to Tottenham, and they will use some of that money to try and land Jeffers.
