BLACKBURN Rovers have a new stand sponsor.
From the start of next season, travel partners Fraser Eagle will become the new sponsors of the Riverside Stand at Ewood Park.
The former CIS Stand will be re-branded the Fraser Eagle Stand after the club agreed a five-season deal with the Padiham-based multi-million pound transport and logistics group.
Rovers' commercial manager Ken Beamish said: "Fraser Eagle have become increasingly involved with the club in terms of supporter travel in recent years, and the coming together in this major sponsorship deal will further strengthen our relationship with the firm."
Kevin Dean, group managing director of Fraser Eagle, added: "We are extremely pleased to be sponsoring the Fraser Eagle Stand at Ewood Park for the next five seasons.
"Through our diverse group of businesses we have significantly increased our sponsorship of sport over recent years, and this has enabled us to increase massively awareness of our brand on a national level.
"We are therefore delighted to be stepping up our involvement with Blackburn Rovers both as a sponsor, and official travel partner, and wish the club all the best for the coming season."
Fraser Eagle, which employs over 350 people across the country and is the largest supplier of managed transport services to the UK rail industry, specialises in nationwide coach and taxi services, corporate travel, incident management transport and destination management.
