Clitheroe completed their first part of their treble quest after winning the Ramsbottom Cup - but only after Great Harwood gave them a mighty scare.
Batting first, the league leaders could not have got off to a worse start after they were reduced to two for three - losing their opening two wickets without scoring a run.
However a 116 run fourth wicket partnership between Peter Dibb(59) and Jack Dewhurst (49) put Clitheroe in the driving seat.
And a reasonable score was turned into a good score thanks to some superb late runs from Josh Marcquet who ended unbeaten on 21 and a total of 166 -7 total now looked more than defendable.
Stuart Maher was the pick of the Great Harwood bowlers finishing with figures of 3-30.
The two sides had met the previous day where Great Harwood were bowled out for 99.
And they got off to a poor start when they lost Alan Armer in the first over. Runs proved hard to come by particularly off Marcus Sharp who ended with remarkable figures of 8 overs 3 maidens 2 wickets for 5 runs.
A partnership between Ashan Silva (32) and Russell Whalley(36) gave Harwood some hope although the required rate continued to grow. Paul Holdsworth made an unbeaten 32 but the overs ran out with Harwood on 141 for 9, Ali Ross taking 3-30.
League President Derek Birchall presented the Cup to Clitheroe Captain Paul Gaskell.
Clitheroe will now be looking to complete the treble by retaining the League title.
