IAN Hutchinson took advantage of a pitstop from hell by Bruce Anstey to take the PokerStars Supersport TT in a Honda one-two-three at the Centenary Isle of Man Festival.

New Zealander Anstey was looking to follow his victory in Tuesday's Superstock, and was four seconds up at the halfway stage and looking unstoppable.

However, what should have been a routine pitstop turned into the race-defining moment, with the New Zealander losing 23 seconds by the time he emerged back onto the track and never really in with a chance of pulling it back.

Anstey flew out of the blocks and broke the lap record for a standing start with an opening lap time of 18 minutes 14.90 seconds, although John McGuinness was only a shade over two seconds behind him.

But, in the end, Anstey had to settle for fourth behind Guy Martin, whose third made it a 1-2-3 for Honda machines.

Martin set a lap record of 125.16mph on his final circuit.

Isle of Man riders Nigel Beattie and Conor Cummins were fifth and sixth.

Kawasaki rider Ryan Farquhar was the first Ulsterman to finish in seventh place.
