RAMSBOTTOM United goalkeeper and captain Grant Shenton made his 250th appearance for the club on Saturday, but he saw the milestone end in defeat at Halesowen Town.
The Rams remain rooted to the foot of the Evo-Stik League Premier Division after going down 2-1.

Simon Garner’s side remain in the play-offs after they raced into a two-goal lead, with Scott Harries and Louis Mayers scoring. But struggling Celtic hit back to land a shock win as Ross Daly and then Lewis Nightingale levelled matters.
Two minutes later Paul Walker put the visitors ahead and Paddy Miller and Aiden Savory also netted for five-star Farsley.
