BURNLEY set up a mouthwatering derby with Darwen in the last 16 of the LCB Knockout after both teams claimed their place in round three over the weekend.
The Lancashire League leaders saw off the challenge of Thornton Cleveleys at Turf Moor.
Professional Chris Holt made a fine 80 which included 13 fours as Burnley closed on 230-9.
Vishal Tripathi (34) and Waseem Furqan (22) were also in the runs for the home side.
In reply, Holt took 3-44 with the ball as the visitors were bowled out for 171 earning Burnley a 59-run victory.
They now host Darwen in the next round after the Northern Premier League side overcame Denton West on Sunday.
Batting first Darwen reached 232, having been 37-4 at one stage, and then restricted their visitors to 193 all out to secure a 39-run victory at
Lancashire League champions Lowerhouse saw their challenge ended by Blackpool at Stanley Park.
Home bowler Jamie Thomson took the opening five Lowerhouse wickets to leave the visitors struggling on 47-5 and despite Matt Walker's 37 they could only manage 100 all out.
Blackpool reached their target for the loss of just two wickets.
Ribblesdale League leaders Clitheroe are still in the hat after they overcame Leigh.
Clitheroe successfully chased 217 for victory and Paul Gaskell's men will now travel to Lytham after they got the better of Ribblesdale League side Settle.
Lancashire League side Ramsbottom's run in the competition is also over after they lost away at Glossop.
Chasing 210, Ramsbottom closed on 139-9.
