BIG-hitting Daryn Smit smashed an unbeaten 108 as Ramsbottom beat East Lancashire by 54 runs in the Moorhouses Brewery Twenty20.
The Ramsbottom paid man hit 11 fours and five sixes - including 29 from the final over - as Rammy posted 169-6.

In reply, East Lancashire were restricted to 115-7 with paid man JP de Villiers unbeaten on 53.
Twenty20 Cup holders Church suffered a last ball defeat to last season’s runners-up Lowerhouse at The Nevilla Gee Ground.
Batting first, Church scored 106 all out with professional Usman Tariq (30) and Sam Holt (26) the main run makers.
Lowerhouse pro Cobus Pienaar took 4-10.
Some fine bowling from Jack Gaskill (4-25) and Ali Sartaj (2-6) meant Lowerhouse needed 11 to win off the final over.
And in a dramatic finale, Lewis Marsden (10 not out) and Fergus Bailey (9 not out) saw Lowerhouse home off the final ball off Levi Wolfenden’s over.
There was another nail-biter at Bentgate as Colne beat Haslingden by just six Colne pro Thomas Kaber hit 27 in his side’s 109-5 total before captain Matt Walker (3-20) and Joel Duerden (2-14) helped to restrict Haslingden to 103.
Professional Graeme van Buuren hit 82 from 52 balls with five fours and four sixes as Enfield edged a narrow seven run win at Todmorden.
Nelson beat Bacup by 41 runs at Lanehead with Russ Bradley and Harrison Phelan both scorign 56.
And Rishton beat Rawtenstall by just 4 runs in a thriller at Blackburn Road with a stand of 93 betweenLuke McVarish (42) and Faisel Hussain (52no) proving to be decisive.
