EAST Lancs will take on neighbours Chorley in the third round of the Royal London National Club Championship after winning a keenly contested derby with Oswaldtwistle Immanuel on Sunday.
Ossie went into the match having already accounted for St Annes and Clitheroe in cup competitions this season and were hoping to add the Lancashire League side to that list.

But Minhaj Bhada put paid to any hopes the Ribblesdale League side had of making it through as he recorded fine figures of 4-26 to bowl the visitors out for 152 and secure East Lancs a 21-run victory.
Stand-in captain Chris Riley had earlier made 42 for East Lancs.
David Turner amassed an unbeaten 40 and Niall Boyle weighing in with 30 more runs as the home side closed on a total of 173-7.
In reply, former Church ace Phil Howard made 43 and Oliver Clare added 29 but it wasn’t enough as East Lancs secured the win.
